ENOVAL at the Deutscher Luft- und Raumfahrtkongress (DLRK) 2016

The ENOVAL project was presented at the MTU Aero Engines booth through posters, roll-ups, a video animation showcasing ENOVAL technologies and objectives, and further info material. Visitors were met by Dr. Edgar Merkl, ENOVAL coordinator, the project Chief Engineer and the leader of sub-project SP4 (all MTU Aero Engines).



On the first day of the congress, Dr. Merkl presented the project in session 2.B 'Luftfahrtantriebe - Zukunftstrends' (Future trends in aircraft propulsion). The presentation entitled 'Ultra-High Bypass Ratio Aero-Engines - the Next Generation of Aero Engines (an ENOVAL Overview)' highlighted ENOVAL technologies, objectives and achievements to date.
